TALL - ideally over 5'9". She’s a jaded, cynical HR exec at a big company, with 20+ soul-crushing years under her belt. The spark in her eye has faded, her step is not quite as peppy as it once was. She really misses what she got into HR to do in the first place, which is definitely not troubleshooting open enrollment. That said, she is still capable of being pleasantly surprised, of finding that spark again. She doesn’t look like the kind of person to blurt out holy shit in the office, but she’s the head of HR... who are you going to report her to?
